still getting SES light in the morning

still getting SES light in the morning I got a p1441 code a week ago, well I've had my car to the place I bought it twice for the same thing they said they replaced the purge solenoid, and some loose/cracked hoses.
Now both times i brought it back the SES light has come on again for the P1441 code in the morning when i start driving it, what the heck will fix this issue, my gas cap tests good.
the code is EVAP, System Flow During Non-Purge .
i just want some info on what to do/look for.
