'00 formula elesone

In my '99 z my radio sometimes goes off for short time and while off the passenger window is inoperative.It doesnt last long,then everything works fine. seems to only be those two things being affected.this doesn't happen alot but enough to be a concern. Is this a bcm problem? I have checked all grounds also. I guess if anyone knows if this is bcm for sure. I need one! Thx
