How to clean maf sensor?

I was wondering if I could use electronic cleaner/contact cleaner to clean my maf sensor. THanks.

I used QD Electronic cleaner from CRC

Pull MAF sensor off, and carefully spray in and around, being careful not to direct the aerosol's full force at the 3 elements.

Throttle bore cleaner works, just dont let any cleaner into module portion of sensor.

i used the gm intake cleaner- my spark knock stoped after i did too
