obd1 to obd2 conversion ? does anyone know if i can do a obd1 to an obd2 conversion on a 94 z28. if i can is it difficult ? whats it cost to do it?

i havent checked yet cause my cars in my shop but i heard that late 94 cars had obd2 connecters but obd1 computers like the 95s did. might you know the cut off date for when they hcnaged that on the 94s?
