If im using the canned tune (27007t) on my ss camaro and i have the asr button off have i disabled my torque managment system on the car? does it make a difference w/o the torque management?

Torque management and Traction Control (ASR) are totally independent systems.

ASR is not controlled by the tune, but TM is reduced in the tune, and can generally be totally removed through the adjustable parameters in the Predator.
