Default C5 PCM question

Hi i have a corvette c5 LS1 PCM and i do not know what year it is.
How can i figure out what year it is?

where is that? all the numbers on the service tag are not long enough to be a VIN.
the longest number on it is 86dnwz91125709kg but thats not it

also the gm service number is 1220411 so im sure its 99+

You need to electronicly read the vin out of it
