are you getting anymore misfires at all in any other cylinders? I have a 220/226 cam and when I put it in my computer told me it was misfiring, however driving it above idle resulted in no misfires....turns out for some reason those range of cams (220) tend to have/cause the computer to think its misfiring due to their sensitivity.

change your misfire sensitivity tables at idle & low rpm by some % and problem solved, THAT IS IF you actually DON'T have a misfire problem and have misfires in more than 1 cylinder.... i logged all cylinders doing it, but some more than others at idle
