Default 2000 TA LS1/T56 tune issues

I pulled the tune off the TA I just bought, and aside from running very rich at idle and WOT, it seems the maf, long term fuel trims, and PE tables are all jacked. I dont have much time during the week, so I havent had a chance to put a WB to it yet, but I plan on installing it and doing some scans this weekend.

For now, here is the tune that was on there, what it is doing that I dont like, and the mods in the car. Does anyone see anything that jumps out at them before we start retuning?

Cold startup - Surges, tries to idle @ 750 even when the coolant is 65*, which then sets it into the surging sometimes

While cruising, if you take it out of gear it will idle about 1200-1400, then drop to 750-800 about 5mph.

Those are the 2 things that bother me atm, but most importantly is the super rich at idle and WOT. My friend said it was just pouring black smoke @ WOT, and you can smell it running rich at idle from 15ft away. Obviously I cant figure out HOW rich it is running until I throw a WB in there, but I figured I would get the ball rolling.

eibach 1" springs front and rear
solid tensioner
LS6 intake
patriot gold valve springs
longtubes
off road Y pipe
magnaflow catback
Futral F13 cam 112 LSA
3.73 gears
Slp lid W/ K&N filter
Ported MAF
Ported Throttle body
Spec Stage 3 Clutch

I also attached a scan from Sunday, just a cruising scan, we were watching the long term fuel trims, ensuring the o2's were working, and generally just watching things.

It's not really tuned at all.

Thats what I thought. I wonder how much the previous owner paid for that "tune"?
