Thumbs up True Respect! Frost!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am writing this not to inform anyone on really anything! I talk to a gentleman tonight! Steve ! The convo started with him informing me on my tune! But by the time I got off the phone . I was shocked!!!!
Not becaue of the fact that he told me what he found and what he did to the pcm , but the respect and the fact he took time to call me as to what he found!
I walked away from the phone call with a profound respect for someone I dont even know!
Steve I really do thank you for you time and effort ! In a world where it is always about bottom dollar and you get what you pay for ! I felt I forsure came out ahead on the deal!
I can only say one thing fellas . If you get a chance or have the need for a good mail order tune ! Give this gentleman a call!
Once again thanks buddy!

Hope ya feel better soon!

Very Nice. It is very important I believe, for the customer to be educated on there tune that they are recieving. This way you, the customer is not in the dark about paying for something you have no clue about! To many shops out there that will just load a car up on the dyno and do WOT pulls and take the customers money and they think there car has been tuned!
Props to you Steve!

Your experience w/ Frost is the same reason that I recommend him to everyone asking about tuning services. It's the best way that I have found to thank him for the help he's given me.

I am not sure all what steve said ! Alot of shop talk and pcm isnt my thing!
He said air flow tables where really jacked up! He was amazed that I even came close to 500 hp with a stock fuel pump ! Injectors sizing was off! I am not gonna say much more as to not sure and hate putting words in steves mouth!
I will tell you I am SD now with a Fast toys 104 lid and 1 7/8 headers! With a fuel pump on way! Steve had a great article on changing pump in car!
You could always pm me or tect me 217 840 8426 I am at how alot now!

Steve i a great guy and very good at his job.

I should be getting mine on the dyno in a few weeks with him. He has been email tuning a friends 226/226 car and he got almost 116 MPH out of it the other night and it runs and drives like stock.

Steve Williams (Frost) is a hell of a guy. I've yet to use his services but he's getting my pcm soon when I tear into my car for the Cam install. I've exchanged probably 10 emails with him attempting to solve a trans issue to determine if it's in the tune or not and he's been beyond helpful. An awesome guy to deal with, and as someone else said, I've yet to hear a bad word spoken about him... and this is with MAIL ORDER TUNING! That, folks, is unreal.

Man you guys are too much! It's pretty embarrassing.

I just try to do the best I can for everybody that I work for and treat people that way that I would want to be treated if I were on the receiving end of the service. Different people need and expect different things. I keep that in mind and I make sure that people are aware of the limitations up front if they exist.

Thanks for all of the kind words.

I would think so! What accolades!

Now I'm wondering if you can take my efilive / LogWorks data and tune my H/C LS1 turned LS6. Is that a possibility??

If a tuner can take the time out of their day to call/show/talk to you or whatever about everything they did to your tune and your car that's top notch customer service
