Default Passing OBD II with EGR, AIR, and rear O2 sensor tuned out

After the 3 are tuned out (no SES light) and I bring my car to my emissions center will these sensors read ready so I can pass the emissions test?

I know a ton of people here delete that stuff and are daily driving. Does your emissions stuff read ready?

As long as the codes are set to SES Enabled and No Error Reported you should be fine. That's how mine are set and it passes. Here are a few links I dug up on the subject.
