Default New Circle D converter and will not shift into 2nd until 6300 RPM tuned with HP Tuner

As the title says I just installed a Base 3000-3200 Circle D torque converter and Im having a issue with a delay 1-2 shift. No matter what I do with the tune I cannot get it to shift below 6200 RPM. I'm at my wits end and decided to ask the experts. If someone can please look at the tune and see if they notice anything abnormal I would appreciate it. I do have to appolgize as the tune is on my laptop and I left it at home today. I attached a link to the HP tuners website that I posted last night.

I appreciate all of your time and response.
