A4 to M6 Tune Question

A4 to M6 Tune Question Whats the best file on hptuners to flash my computer with to change it from an automatic to a manual transmission tune? Its just a stock LQ4 from an 04 silerverado 2500 and it has a T56 behind it.
Also when i find the best file to use, do i need to Write Entire with the new tune or just Write Calibration? Thanks!
