Noob to tuning OBD question I am about to apply all of the mods in my sig to my stock 98 SS..... all of the parts have been delivered and are ready to go on....my question is if i have my rear 02, egr, and a.i.r. deleted with a mail order tune, can i still pass emmissions?....there is no sniffer test for cars 97 and up in my county....the headers are race style 1 3/4....wouldn't i only need high flow cats if there was a sniffer test?

actually the big rip in my seat is already there....and the suspension stuff....i'm doing ls6 intake, lightly porting stock throttle body, spec 2+ clutch with aluminum pressure plate option, spec steel flywheel, drill mod, march UD pulley 25%, pacestters with y-pipe msd wires with ac delco iridium plugs and a mail order tune.....would this be considered full bolt ons?
