Default Any help HPT?

I was just curious about this, but anyway. I can let the car idle for a bit and get it to full temp (around 180) and blip the throttle to about 2400rpms or so but then when it falls to about 1400rpms it tends to kinda "hang around" for a couple seconds and then falls back to idle. With me being a COMPLETE noob to HPT I was just curious about this. Maybe I'm just used to having that crisp feel to a Carb. or Toilet Bowl Inj. setup? Or is this something to do with VE tuning or what?

Here's a little log I did and my tune. ANY help is greatly appreciated. SD tuned for a 370ci, Victor JR, Accufab 4150, 238/246 .607/.613 110+2LSA, 243 hand Ported heads 11:1-11:5 compression, TH400 with brake, 4.33's, 42lb SVO's pretty much sums up the setup.

There's a throttle follower decay on the IAC style cars,
probably something similar on the drive by wire. The
idle airflow is bumped additionally when throttle is open,
for "cushion" on fast-close.
