Upgrading to LS6 MAF
So I am just uploading my HPT program and am a major noob at it. I'm upgrading to an LS6 MAF. Do I just need to download the tables for the LS6 MAF and paste them into the LS1 file to be able to run that? Any pointers or advice or anything would be great. I'm pumped yet feeling overwhelmed with this tuning thing!

Yes that will be a good starting point but you need to use your wideband or get a wideband and dail in your maf table using afr error. Get your commanded afr to match up with actual afr. Use hp website there is alot of good info on it. Learn how to do it right the first time and it will pay off trust me.

I don't think it is as simple as taking a file from a vehicle that has a 'LS6 MAF' and cutting and pasting it into your LS1 file. You can try that first, but that does not mean that your LS6 MAF frequencies will match up to the g/s airflow of another car.
To do it right your need to utilize your tuning software website instructions on 'Calibrating the MAF'. Normally you log the Frequencies vs Commanded AFR (open-loop) or Frequencies vs LTFT (Fuel Trims) if using closed-loop.
Like I said you could try to just copy and paste from a 2002 Chevrolet Corvette ZO6 (LS6 MAF?) MAF Calibration Table, but it is usually not that easy. Ironically a new MAF usually requires a tuning calibration, regardless of the type and model.
Good luck..
