If it's a custom 02 from EFI live -no. Same thing happens the other way too.

You can reflash over the tune, but you'd be restarting from scratch, why would you want to go backwards?

because i have the following problem
After i put my 408 i noticed several weird issues :
1- the fuel economy deceased 50%
2- there is a carbon smell when cold start the car
3- after 500 mile of changing the oil its color turned dark and it smells like petrol
4- too much oil consumption ( 1 liter each 1000 mile now the engine has 2200 mile) with no leaks or white smoke
and after fail in the inspection due to HC i called the tuner and he said it could be a rich condition when the car at idle or at lower rpm because it has 80 lph injectors (yes i put 80s because i have FI in my future plans )
so he recommend a tune calibration
now the problem that i don't want to travel for 350 miles for a retune and also i think due to the rich mixture there is some fuel finding some way to engine oil so i don't want to risk my engine
and the problem no body have EFI live with the SD OS in my area

ok one other question
i checked the EFI live web site and they stated that the SD is a custom OS
so do i need an EFI live with this OS to calibrate my tune or the normal EFI live could do it ?

Im running a EFILIVE SD Tune on a stock OS so it donset mean it has to be a custom version.

Yeah, it doesn't have to be a custom OS to be in SD. Just ask whoever tuned it if it is.

Its probably going to be a custom OS. EFI LIVE tuners tend to always use COS' for SD tunes for the added tables. Hell why wouldn't you when its free to do so.

Have you thought about a remote tune?
