Default just wondering

So i got a new car, and it has a cam but its not tuned yet...
Heres the question I have, when im driving it, and push in the clutch the idle shoots up and then takes forever to come back down stays around 2000 rpms, but once its down to normal it idles fine.... Is that a tune issue? any thoughts or questions... thanks for the help

With that cam, it definitely needs a tune. And the tune will effect the idle for sure... usually, the idle dips and the car tries to die before tuning though. Vacuum leaks and ported or drilled throttle bodies can cause idle flairs...

It needs idle adjustments in the tune.
