Default DTC P0430 Catalyst low efficiency bank 2

I have a p0430 code fault and was wandering if the after catalyst o2 sensor on the right side is bad. I do a reading on the left I get the proper #'s but on the right it will not read the o2 sensor.....

screw a new cat take those jokers off and let the motor breathe! lol and delete the rear o2s. but if taht cat gets cloged it wont be nice so get that taken care of. sometimes when the cats go bad they clog and become real bad lol
