Default Plugs after running at the track

If this in the wrong forum sorry.

I ran last night and was running rich on motor and nitrous. I was tuned by SNL and the A/F was 12.4 through the whole run. I changed the plugs once I got home from the tune. So the plugs have been on there for about 2 weeks. The only thing that changed was elevation +4,000ft. Is my MAF screwed or something else?

Front 2 on Driver side

Rear 2 on Driver side

Front 2 on Pass Side

Rear 2 on Pass Side

On Motor, Starts around the 2min mark

On Nitrous, can't tell when it starts. I have a jet for 150 shot and a 100 shot for the fuel

Could it be my MAF or Vararam?

Go easy on me. I don't know I'm playing with fire. No hand held or any way of knowing on nitrous. On motor I'd have to ask my tuner what is was pulling during the run if he can even look that up.

I got a stethoscope and listened to my valves. LOL, I had no idea it would be that clear to hear and is a pretty neat tool for 10 bucks. I didn't hear a big difference from each one. I put it on the each exhaust header then on the valve cover over each cylinder. I couldn't make out a difference but I'm going to try and hook up a recorder to it and see if anyone can tell.

So I went and got some OEM plugs and gapped them to .040 and took off my mufflers and ditched the breakout IAT. I was told that removing my mufflers would cause my engine to run a little leaner. I have Flowmasters 40 and was told they are to restrictive.

This is from the other day when I went to the track. Motor only but smoothed to .50 sec

New OEM plugs gapped to .040, no mufflers and no break out IAT. Motor only but smoothed to .50 sec

I'm letting my engine cool before pulling the plugs and seeing what they look like.

Here's the plugs. Total run time on the plugs was about 10 mins with one WOT run.

Driver side front 2

Driver side rear 2

Pass side front 2

Pass side rear 2

2,3,6 and 7 seem to be running rich with the black on the bottom of the plug.

Is it possible that some injectors are over injecting?

Can each injector be adjusted with hptuners or are they adjust as a whole unit? Car runs great but I though about switching the injectors around to see if a clean plug gets rich on a known rich injector/cylinder.
