Reset PCM after O2 sensors install?

Reset PCM after O2 sensors install? Hi, have a camaro 1999 z28 convertible with 6 vxl t-56, with SLP 400hp pac,
Should change O2 sensors to bosch 13111, when I have changed them, should I remove the + from Battery to reset my PCM to make them work right?, the car is getting way to much gas right now.
The car hasn't got the DiabloSport II Programmer that folllowed with the kit, If i reset the pcm, does the car loose this tuning for the SLP 400 kit?
