whats all needed to run it? i dont have any tuning software or hardware. is that cable all i need?

If i just need that and laptop and the software, i might take it off your hands

A few other ideas you could do with it

-Door stop
-Paper weight
-You could probably mount it and pawn it off as antique

Ok I'm joking, seriously if you have the software/hardware you could probably sell it for a couple of hundred, it likely costs a couple of hundred to add a new license to it but there are always bargain shoppers that will buy something like this on the cheap.

if it has open slots, I think they are $100 or 150 each to add another vin. You can have 4 per cable total.
