Default open loop when?

At normal operating temp i go into open loop at near 50% throttle position. It seems it used to be only at WOT and maybe 90% throttle position.Looking for anyone that may know why. The vehical runs fine and the same since the mods just recently the towing mileage dropped and the towing power seems off. Power not towing seems as strong as always and driveability unchanged ,swapped out throttlebody w/TPS,put back stock intake, swapped map sensor, didnt change at all.

Open Loop Operation determines the air/fuel ratio based on predetermined tables stored values. This happens when the low coolant temperature is low that the PCM will trigger fuel enrichment outputs to act like a choke for cold-start and warm-up situations
