Default MTI tune

I have a 01 ss with mti t1 cam, heads, flps (no cats)all bolt ons. Well, i put it on the dyno and the a\f is about 11.9 with cutout on, cutout off its 12.3. It pick up 32hp from the cutout. I dyno tune street bikes at the dealship that i work at, from my work with drag bikes 13.2 for na motors will make the most power, does this hold ture for the ls1. I live by MTI, is there tuning worth the money.

I think most NA LS1 tuners shoot for 13-13.5

I find 13.5-1 gives the best dyno #'s,but 12.5-1 gives the best track times.(meaning faster car, more hp)The dyno doesn't load the car enough to get a perfect A/F for the street.
