Default GMPP E-Rod LS3 Tuning

Just installed the GMPP E-Rod LS3 (part #19256487) engine kit. The ECM included with the kit is GMPP #19256489. I am trying to find out what car installation to refer to when I buy a hand held programmer for tuning. I don't want to really change much, I need to bump the idle speed up a bit... it's at 650 rpm and when my alternator kicks in to run the cooling fans the idle speed falls to 550 and then fluctuates between that and 650. Also want to correct for tire size so the VSS reports the correct mph.
I would like to do a Diablo or something like that, but can't seem to find out what vehicle to buy a programmer for.

you will want a programmer that will allow you to just save the stock file, and send it to the tuner.

Those kits do not come with a vin number, and many handheld programmers will not work without a vin programmed. I put a prowler vin into one of these pcms for a customer a few months ago.
