Default Fuel trims all over!

okay so I finally got my car running, maybe have like 120km on the motor and just working out small issues.

I built a turbo setup (tubular headers etc)

Now I was driving on the highway about 2600-3000rpm and my Long term fuel trims on bank one were like -10.00 and on bank 2 they were +21ish!

I am assuming an exhaust leak? I cant hear any exhaust ticks or nothing. But seeing how the PCM is giving that bank a ton of fuel there has to be a big leak, no?

Idle etc they are both around the -8.5 range, just seems like when I am driving they are terrible.

I just put brand new O2 sensors in as well.

A bit about my setup...

1 BAR SPEED DENSITY (working on 2 bar this week)
6.0L (.030 over)
Victor JR
FAST 1375cfm 4bb TB
Custom 1 3/4 headers
Stock 317s (Patriot springs etc)
Speed Inc 236/236 Cam
60# siemens
58ish psi fuel pressure.

Have any ideas why this happens?
My trims are different each scan, mostly they
stay in range (0-10 or so) but sometimes
they go crazy in to 20-30 range, I don't have
any exhaust leaks, atleast none the exhaust
shop can find, I wonder how much fuel the
trims really move around, does anyone know?
