Default Bad start up, idle, and no LTFT

So i have been tuning the car i bought about 2 months ago, and i have got the WOT and cruising nailed down

but for some reason i cant get the idle right.. well my wideband makes me worry. the car will start up and run 13.5ish when cold and when it gets to around 100 it will stay around 14.7.. but once it gets closer to 171 which is my operating temp the wideband goes ---, i have tried adding fuel and i cannot get it to read anything, where should i be adding fuel? in the idle airflow, or the MAF calibration?

Also, on a cold start when i start the car up its SUPER choppy, for the first 10-15 seconds the idle bounces from 1000 to 400 and almost dies, and sometimes it actually does die and i have to re start the car, and if the car dies, the car will not start back immediately, i have to wait 15 seconds or so or the car will not turn over

and last, when ever i scan my car it never reads LTFT, why is this? is it bad?

A log file and the tune file might get you some help.

log your front O2s on your cold start, youll probably find that you running lean (.01 to .4). Ifso you can either add fuel to your open loop comanced fuel or lower your desired idle air by temp.
