98 T/A going l92, can I use a 2002 harness???

98 T/A going l92, can I use a 2002 harness??? Hey what's up everybody
I want to ask about this because I'm going to be running into this very soon. I have a 98 t/a A4 and I just bought a t56 with a harness out of a 02 t/a. Wondering if I should just use the connectors for the t56 or should I use the 02 harness and get a 02 PCM? Will the harness and PCM from an 02 work on my 98? I know the oil psi sensor is different on the 98's, well atleast the conncetor on it; and I think there's some othr sensor too.
Give me your guys opinions????
I'm also going to swaping the engine for a 6.2 l92/l76 and will use the leignfilter 58x to 24x harness.

I did a 98 V6 to 2000 LS1 and the problem I ran into is that the two main plugs coming from the pcm on the 2000 will plug right in to the 98 and it will run fine but the 98 has an extra plug that runs all the gauges and we had to repin everything to get the gauges to work. j

its not only the gauges, the underdash harness is different, so is the BCM which gives signal to the dash. Its not difficult to repin the connectors under the dash and make it a plug and play harness
