I have a bigger cam and have the same problem. We found the problem was "Warm Restart Enrichment." If you have a scanner like Atap or EFILive, you can see the AFR go rich for just a second. We (myself and GrannySShifting) played with it last weekend and was able to get it to idle around 800RPM, then work its way up to 1000RPM.

I don't know what he changed in LS1Edit. We were using version 1.21 (not 1.3) so there was no option to alter or turn this off.

First thing you need to do is drill out the TB hole bigger until you get the IAC's down to between 30-50 when the car is warmed up. Even with my smaller TR224 cam, drilling the hole out to 3/16" helped tremendously. My IAC's are right at 30 at hot idle.

Adding some timing should help also.
