I still think it has everything to do with the EAP vs non-EAP pedal travel difference.

none adjustible pedals and then 06 DBW settings on the second.

Well, neither of those fixed the pedal I'm probably going to just mount a new stopper on the pedal at 100% opening and bend the arm down so the pedal doesn't sit so high.

In the schematic above make sure that the 2 TAC motor wires are a single wire NO SPLICES

Well, the only thing I could realistically do is make 2 new wires and temporarily run them directly over the top of the engine from the TAC to the TB. The factory harness is all taped up and loomed.

It worked on the bench for me.

Well, I guess my next step is to build a new temp. Cable to go to the throttle body, and/or try a different TB

I have an 05 system, and the pedal to % ratio is fubar, compared to my Silve.

Am going to scan the pedal position, and move the stop...Done deal.
