generic plugs cause knock?

Default generic plugs cause knock?

I've got some full of **** generic plugs in right now cause they didnt have the tr6's in at the time, and I've got about 3 deg. of knock at high rpm in the lower gears, I know alot of other causes for knock but could this be one???, thanks

Could be, dont think many put cheap plugs in though.

If the plugs are too hot or of a poor design then yes. If you run a higher than stock compression than defiantly yes.
