While you are waiting, there's the "Search" function.
There is a whole lot of info on this stuff right under
your nose.

If the sensor is sitting at ~450mV steady it's either
an open circuit or has been faulted out by a code -
active or improperly deleted. But you don't say the
reading.

Personally I think if your tuner has to complain rather
than knows what to look for, you might want to pull
out. And blind-swapping parts isn't the mark of a pro
either in my book.

I don't think you are going to get an answer based on the limited data given here. This is one of things that you just have to roll up your sleeves and dig in. Your tuner should have been able to see this issue through.

^^^ I agree, also the tuner should have disabled the o2's in the first place to use his wideband to dial in your fueling. It 'can' be done with narrowbands for partial throttle and idle but depending on cam headers and exhaust can fluctuate readings at idle and really light throttle. Also another note, when scanning a 98 car you can only scan a certain amount of parameters. If you try to scan more then some parameters will not read correctly. If using HPTuners 24 bits is the max you can scan on a 98.

I have this same problem, what did you do, what fuse are you talking about? I have my engine in a 1981 T/A.
