RPMs drop and bounce
When I start the car up and drive, for about the first 10-15 minutes, the RPMs will drop after I rev up to shift gears. For example, I'll be a stop light, clutch in, ease out in 1st and drive up to 2500 RPM, 2nd gear up to 2000 RPM, clutch in for a stop at another stop light... RPMs drop to almost 500-400 before bouncing back up to 1000 and settling at the usual idle of 800. Car has been tuned twice on a dyno for crate engine and cam and Long tube headers/catback. And then again after the install of the 42# injectors. Any ideas as to what's up?!?!?

Yes,
assuming there's no issues mechanically with the car (TB gummed-up, CCV system breathing okay, etc) the tune needs attention; your idle and part-throttle parameters aren't where they should be.
This needs to addressed with whoever did the work on your PCM.
