trouble logging MAF in HZ with HP Tuners on a Magnacharged Silverado SS
I'm trying to tune a 2003 silverado SS equipped with a magnacharger.
There are no codes and the MAF seems to be working fine. I can't get the MAF to log in Hz. The table says "unsupported parameter" when I start scanning. It is not my config as I can log hz fine on all other vehicles.
On a magnacharger application the black wire and brown wire from the MAF are cut and a separate, stand alone Intake Air Temp sensor is wired into the harness. The IAT on this truck is working fine. I traced the cut wires on the MAF unit and they are not touching anything or grounding out. I need to get this fixed in order to tune the truck. I had to hack the PE table in order to get the truck safe in the interim. Can anyone help?
Here's a link to the same thread on the HP Tuners Forum.
