LS1 harness, LS6 ecu does not fit

LS1 harness, LS6 ecu does not fit I have an aftermarket LS1 harness on my ls6. The connectors on my harness are blue and red. My ecu calls for blue and green. Are the pinouts the same on my LS6 and LS1 ecus and i just need a different connector or are the computers wired differently? computer is out of a CTSV. thanks for the help

that pcm will not work with the harness you have.
You need a 99-2002 pcm like a 0411 pcm
you have the wrong computer.
You may be able to contact the person that made the aftermarket harness and get a proper harness that will support your pcm with engine setup.
