Ls2 mass air flow sensor problem?
I screwed up.I bought my car 98 ws6 and it has a ls2 mass air on it well I pulled the screen off and know it has a miss at a steady speed. So I took the mass air off my trailblazer ss with the screen in it and the car will barely run with it on.The mass air on my car is remanufactured and the one on the trailblazer is from the factory.I know the car was tuned with the reman mass air, could the flow on the mass air sensors be that much different? Is there a way to make it run with another mass air without tuning it?

Using the TBSS MAF needs to be recalibrated for the fbody
Pulling off the screen it would need recalibrated...Pulling off the screen will not net any HP, its debatable, but should not have "just" been done for the heck of it.
IF the 2 were the same part numbers then you could swap with no programming.

What I can't understand is that both mass airs or Delphi just one is a reman and one come from gm same exact mass air meter.I can't see how they could read that much different.Wouldn't all ls2 mass airs be the same I know the gto mass air and tbss is the same.Delphi.
