P0135 o2 heater circuit My camaro was having problems starting, but would start with a jump so i bought a new battery, didn't fix the problem and now it wont start even with a jump. 
The only code i get when i check the diagnostics is P0135, could this prevent the car from starting? Any hints or tips for trying to fix this? Thanks Chitown SS
