99SLPDOG

So I have a 99 z28, the instrument cluster went out and i replaced it with one from a 2002 SS camaro. My question is how i can reset it or reprogram it. Every gauge on the cluster is off and i was told it can be done. The other question is the mileage is at around 100k, the actual mileage is around 64k, is there a way to change that as well ? please help, because its hard driving when you dont know the speed, temp and fuel. thanks
