Default installed built auto and new converter and now shifts 500 rpm earlier

I installed my original trans that I had rebuilt, a new converter (higher stall), and 30 lb SVO injectors, Walbro intank FP, hotwire kit, voltblaster, and some other miscellaneous parts (no other electric parts). THe car was tuned at MTI and was shifting at 6600-6700. Now, after breaking the computer in it seems to shift at 6100 at WOT. I pulled two codes, rich on bank 1 and 2 (duh, it runs real rich now with the updated fuel system). I am getting the car retuned at Livernois Motorsports so I can have the shift points adjsuted. I was curious about why this was hapening though? Ever hear of this before?

not at all...this is a brand new Rossler 4L60E and brand new Vig 3400 multidisc converter....very tight and firm. I assume it has to do with injector swap I did and am getting tuning soon.

no im saying the old one maybe was slipping, thats what caused it. You may have had a desired shift point, but do to inertia/slipping/whatever that was broke, it missed it by xx% and now that your new shiz is tight, it hits the number on the mark.
