Default PO410 and PO420 help

Last week I put new spark plugs, wires, chrs1313 w/ a/c intake, and a K&N filter.

After about 30 miles the car popped the SES light, I got them scanned today at VIP and they pulled:

PO410: Secondary Air Induction Malfunction
PO420: Catalyst efficiency Bank 1

I went to go pull one of the AIR tubes off while doing the spark plugs, on the passengers side, and got one bolt off and then put it back in after it would only twist and round on the other bolt. Could I have damaged the gasket which would result on the PO410 code? Best fix?

for the PO420 what is the best fix? I do have access to tuner who can take codes out for me at no cost, I know I could delete the PO410, but what about the PO420? Any ramifications to deleting these codes?
