Can a bad o2 cause a missfire code

Can a bad o2 cause a missfire code I have an 02 ws6 and i have some codes the first is a po420,po430,po141 and a po300. I do have a set of long tube headers with catts. what could be causing these codes the car sometimes sounds like it has a cam in it. The rear o2 numbers on the scan tool are a little lower than the other three o2s could that be causing this?
