Default Innovative LC-1 Wideband vs Narrowband

Innovative offers 2 outputs, 1. yellow - narrowband 2. brown - wideband. Their diagram signals the AFR gauge with the narrowband and the datalogger w/ the wideband.

1. Is the narrowband fine for daily use w/ the areforce intereceptor gauge? Or should I be using the wideband?

2. Can I use the wideband for both the gauge & to tune by splicing the wire to go to both? Since the gauge is powered by the OBD2, it would be off when the tuning computer would be using the wideband.

Im just not sure if it would cause a voltage issue (and an innacurate reading) being hooked to both.

This is for the Turbo 99 camaro.

LC-1 Manual

Thanks,
Mack
