Default P0300, just a tune needed????

Hey guys so I did some work to my car and I think I'm ready for a tune, but wanted to see if anyone had opinions here why I'm getting a P0300 code on my 98 TA M6.

What I had...
Lid
LS6 Intake Manifold
EGR! and AIR!
SLP Catback

What I did...
BOLT ONS
PRC 5.3L Stage 2.5 heads from TSP milled to 64cc chambers
Chromoly Pushrods
Patriot Gold Dual Valve Springs
Cam Motion Spec Cam - 224/228 | .595/.578 Lift| 111 LSA | 107 Centerline
Felpro Graphite Head Gaskets (My PtV clearance is tiny....)
My compression is 10.96:1
25% UD Pulley
LS2 Timing Chain
Ported Stock TB
Flowtech LT headers cut for slip fit
Percy's Header Gaskets
Custom Built high-flow catted Y using Flowmaster 3"-4" Y-Merge and then a 3" cutout

IGNITION
Accel 8mm "cut to length" plug wires with lt1 boot connectors I crimped on with proper tool
NGK TR5's gapped to .040
Extended the wiring harness myself. Firing order is correct and I'm not getting the code saying the harness is bad (forget which code that is...P0355 maybe??)

I think that about sums it up...I'm still running stock injectors and I'm idling fine I think for being an untuned cam'd motor. Stays around 1k with very VERY little surging. I'm gonna get the tune on the stock injectors and if the tuner says I need more fuel, then I'll upgrade as my buddy has his 36lb'ers? for sale.

Does this sound like it's just an AIR/Fuel mixture problem needing the tune or anything else I should check?

Here's a pic just for fun

check to make sure you dont have a vacuum leak anywhere & double check all your plug wires. If all that checks out try unhooking the battery & letting it sit for a few then hook it back up & let it relearn. Thats the cheapest things I can think of to try first.
