Default ASR off and still get the Trac Light, I need you insight!

Hey guys, so I have been having some problems with my low trac light coming on at 60mph+. I recently installed a fab9 rearend and as soon as it was installed I started having these problems. Also my low trac light has been coming on when ASR is off. Are these signs of rear wheel speed sensors gone bad?
thanks!

Any one know if ASR is off, does that disable ABS also?
