datalogging with autometer nexxus gauges and hp tuners pro
I have the autometer nexus gauges and I'm ordering HP tuners pro so I can datalog. Will all this work together or should I just use the datalogging features on the gauges itself for air fuel and just order HP tuners standard

The problem is you did not get required info. Is the nexus gauge a wide band O2? Does is have a 0- 5 volt output of the A/F ratio? If it does then you can use it wit the pro. I think that the gage is a OBD logging gage that plugs in the OBD port. If so you can not use it with HPT at all, it must be turned off.

The nexus is a series in the autometer lineup and yes I was refferingto the wideband gauge. It will datalogging itself if I use a memory card . But will it just be better to get the pro and use the datalogging on it.? The gauge itself will just playback the air fuel ratio. I think ... I don't have them hooked up yet

So you have to put a wide band sensor in the exhaust and connect that to the gage? Does the gage have a 0 - 5 volt output of the A/F ratio? If it does then the HPT pro can read that and put it with the rest of the logged data like RPM, airflow, and the other things you need to tune. A gage that just plays back the A/F ratio is hard to tune with.
