Default Dead spot part throttle

Hi I just finished swappin a LS1 into a 91 firebird. The car seems to run pretty good but I have a dead spot at around 3000 rpm. The car will be pulling nice and at right about 3k it stumbles and then pulls hard again all the way to the rev limiter. The engine is from a 2000 firebird it has no cats, no rear o2s,no egr, and no evap. I'm new to tuning and don't really know what to look for I'm using hp tuners.
