Start up help.

Start up help. Im a newbie to tuning world but im catching on pretty good. Idk if anyone tunes with sct on here but thats what im tuning with.
Im having problems with a 06 c6 with a d1 and a decent size cam. But i got the idle and wot tuned nicely but the start up is getting me pretty good. It starts up fine on cold start but as soon as it gets some temp. in it it dont wanna start. It dosen't hard start but it just turns over a few times and you have to give it some gas for it to start.
Any ideas on what i can attempt to fix this. Like i said im new to the game and just looking for a point of the finger in the right direction.
