Default is it worth tuning?

my car has 219k and i was just wondering if it would be worth it for me to get a tune or not. also, since i have a 98 could i get a 99+ pcm off of ebay and get that tuned then put it into my car without any issues?

Pin outs are different on the 98 PCMs. So, it wouldn't be a straight swap.

Thanks. Would I benefit from getting my car tuned?

In my personal opinion - I'd save up for something more worthwhile like a head/cam setup with a motor teardown and rebuild. I'm sure after 200k, you could probably benefit from some new bearings, rings, etc.
