Default Weird problem: car won't start

I was about to leave for work and i got in my car and started it. It started fine and then died ( this is common when it is cold and untuned at the moment). I held the gas down for a few seconds ( i don't know why it was my first time doing it) and when i tried to start it it did not start and the power went off. The motor wont turn over or anything it is just silent. When i close the door and i am in the car, it makes a slow ticking sound ( about 1 tick per second or so) and it seems to come from the glove box so i think it is the PCM. When i put the key in it ticks faster and if the door is open the chime to is fast and even my security light on top of the dash blinks rapidly and at the same time as the ticks. I tired to reset the PCM and all the gauges came to life and the radio was working and everything. I put the fuses back in and tried to crank it, nothing again. I tired to reset the PCM again and it did not reset or anything. Also the air bag light comes on about 10 seconds after i turn the key and is not bright and slowly gets brighter. Another thing is when the key is turned all the gauges are down except the gas gauge and it fluctuates It will go from less then a 1/4 of a tank to more then 3/4 of a tank. One more thing is that my keyless enrt or nothing works. I have no clue what is wrong. I tried to list as much of the stuff that is wrong that i can. I hope i did not leave anything out. Thanks

hook up a efilive or something, no comm to ecu = bad pcm.
otherwise look for VAT errors, try your spare key.

pcm's like to reboot alot when the battery voltage is low, btw. Part of the reboot might be throwing the fuel pump relay on/off etc. seen this in many other cars. All it takes is a low batt or shiz ground wire or batt wire to do this.

those little $40 pep boys port-a-pac's come in handy

1 - What is battery voltage measured across the terminals?
2 - If it is +12V or better, turn on the headlights, does the voltage go way down? if so inspect the battery cables and connections and also have the battery tested.
3 - If battery voltage is good and connections are good you will need to check the power distribution block. Check voltages on the Maxi Fuses. If the battery is good and these problems still exists then I would suspect a main power wire, fuse, or relay not functioning properly.
