Default Fuel trims and 102mm tuning

hey guys, i just installed my 102/102 lastnight and am tuning today, I have a few issues, one, the throttle response is extremely sluggish(possibly base airflow tables) and i have also noticed my LTFT's look rich, while my STFTs look very lean??? do i add the two values together and put the total into my secondary VE table? ( car is in SD). Thanks!

reset your fuel trims if you are going to use them for retuning.
