Default Tune file inside-H/C 24x, need HELP.

I had another thread going, but it didnt have my mods listed and all that stuff. So here is a detailed list of what is done to the car and an attachment of the tune. remember this is a 24x conversion. also, i got the iac counts down by adjusting the throttle screw, but for some reason it would not let me reset or make it relearn the tps voltage. It stays at 2% and .87v

200cc 2.0 and 1.56 valve heads

I'll take a look in a bit. In the mean time, take the TPS off and slot the screw holes, so you can move it slight one way or the other. Or, drill the throttle blade bigger. If you do that instead, you'll need a variety of bits, and creep up on it. If you go too big, you'll have to weld it shut and start over. That sucks.

I got the tps slotted, gonna start it up and see how it does. I did drill the tb out just a hair. Then I decided it was better to adjust the screw and slot the tps.

Don't go crazy on the smoothing. Smoothing is overated.

here is another log file. It is kinda useless. both o2s read super rich. I have no idea why either. no header leak and you can smell the fuel. Im getting frustrated.

The car is lean like I said in your other thread. In one log the O2 are 0-30 mv most of the time. in the other they are 200 mv or less. Did you verify the fuel pressure with the hose on the regulator both plugged in and unplugged like I told you to do in your other thread? At idle the map is at 75-80 kpa. That is very little vacuum. Who wrote that tune. There are tables changed that I never see anyone change. It is a 1 bar SD OS and the MAF is not failed in the tune. Are you wanting to run the car in SD? Is the MAF plugged in? I'm guessing it is since you say you are using a ported MAF. I see so much wrong it is hard to say where to start. You need to be logging a lot more parameters to get an idea what the problem is. Try logging with this config.
